شرایط استفاده Terms of Use

AutoFi is provided under a license to use; it is not a sale of Raatik’s intellectual property. Your use must match the purchased license, company/module entitlements, and stated limits.

Unauthorized copying, unlawful reverse engineering, or redistribution without permission is prohibited except where the law expressly allows.

Use the software only for lawful business activities. Prohibited examples include:

• Fraud, unlawful tax evasion, or infringement of others’ rights
• Circumventing license, security, or technical restrictions
• Abusing support channels or uploading malware/harmful content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of entered data and filings/invoices submitted to legal systems.
• You are responsible for backups, credentials, and access control.
• Compliance with Iranian tax and commercial laws remains the user’s/taxpayer’s duty; AutoFi is a software tool.

Google Drive connection (when available in your build) is optional and subject to Google’s terms and our Privacy Policy. Raatik is not responsible for third-party outages, internet failures, or data loss caused by your Google account settings. Keep local backups as well.

The software is provided “as is” within the support/warranty commitments stated in your contract or sales package. To the extent permitted by Iranian law, Raatik is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by misuse, your infrastructure, or external systems (including the national tax authority systems or Google). Maximum liability, if fault is established, is typically limited to fees paid for the relevant license for a defined period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Raatik may update versions, features, or technical requirements. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the current Terms unless a separate contract states otherwise.

If you breach these Terms, your license expires, or fees are unpaid, Raatik may limit or suspend access/support as allowed by contract and law. IP, liability limitation, and governing-law clauses survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes shall be heard by the competent courts of Isfahan unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
